SLOW BRAISED BEEF BOURGUIGNON
"Slow Braised Beef Bourguignon, Smoked Bacon, Chestnut Mushrooms and Petit Onions."
Our Beef Bourguignon is a delicious rich beef and red wine stew, made with whole feather blade beef marinated in red wine, herbs and spices for 24 hours, with mushrooms, bacon and Dijon mustard.
BUTTER CHICKEN TIKKA CURRY
Our award-winning Butter Chicken Tikka Curry is made with diced chicken breast marinated in spices and yoghurt, then cooked in an Indian butter sauce with onions, peppers, ginger, tomatoes and coconut milk.
SPINACH AND RICOTTA CANNELLONI

Our award-winning Cannelloni, packed with flavour and filled with spinach and ricotta, cooked in a rich passata sauce made with tomato and chilli, topped with (vegetarian) parmesan.

Simply delicious authentic slow cooked Beef Rendang, made with feather-blade of prime grass-fed beef, cooked in coconut milk until tender with tamarind, chilli, ginger, Asian spices and lime, then finished with toasted dried coconut and Thai basil.
